Why the name
From the Latin tenere — to hold. The root of tenant, tenure, retain, maintain. Hold the suites full, hold the pros, hold the rent.
What Tenean does not do
Tenean reads your rent, your leases, your calendar and your inbox, and writes out what needs you. It does not collect rent, does not process payments and does not take a cut. Rent reaches your bank exactly the way it does today.
Your studio owns its records. Nothing about your pros is read from anywhere a client could not see, and their growth tools are switched on per pro, with their say-so.
Peter takes every walkthrough himself, and answers support in the same inbox the product runs on.
On the web, on iPhone and on Android, one login. Your data is hosted in the United States; your records are yours and export as a spreadsheet.
