Can I use it before I open?

Yes. The phone line, the booking page, the assistant and the designer work before the first move-in. Billing begins the month you open.

Will a bank accept the pro forma?

It is a projection built from editable assumptions, printable as one sheet. Review the assumptions with your broker and lender; it does not guarantee financing or site performance.
